Teeing off…

No matter your skill level on the golf course, the BDC is set up for everyone to have a chance to compete, win incredible prizes, and have fun!

There are multiple games and contests occurring throughout the round, but all you have to do is play. We take care of the rest!

  • Handicapped Two-Man Best Ball

    • Each participant plays with a self-reported handicap (honor system, no sandbagging!) In the Two-Man Best Ball, each participant plays their own ball for every hole and the handicap-adjusted low score between partners is counted towards the team score. Low team score for the win!

  • Individual Stroke Play (Men’s & Women’s)

    • Low individual score hoists the trophy!

  • Individual Handicapped Stroke Play (Men’s & Women’s)

    • Low individual handicapped score takes the jacket!

  • Long Drive Contest (Men’s & Women’s)

  • Closest To The Pin

  • Longest Putt

  • Best Dressed

    • You look good. You feel good. You play good. Dress to impress!

  • Dead-Ass Last

    • Every train needs a caboose!

Golf is hard enough...so here are a few rules to soften the blow!

  • A “breakfast ball” is permitted on the first tee shot.

  • Lateral drops for balls hit OB or into a hazard. Take the distance…and the penalty…

  • Max +4 over par on any given hole.

  • After two failed attempts to get out of the sand, take a free drop in front of the trap.

  • A ball in a divot can be removed without penalty and dropped, but no closer to the hole.

  • Gimme range! Hang the head of your putter in the hole and if the ball is inside the grip, you are good to go. Don’t understand that? Too bad… no gimme’s for you!
